Golden Christmas Bells

Hello everyone! Today's project is a Vintage type Christmas card using my "negative punch piece" technique that I presented at Stampin Up Columbia Regional seminar.

This card is one example of using the remaining piece left after punching out a shape. The trick to this technique is using the negative piece right after punching your shape to reduce your waste and scraps.

I embossed a piece of Brushed Gold cardstock with the Vintage Wallpaper embossing folder with my Big Shot.  Then I lightly sanded the piece and then dragged the Soft Suede classic ink pad across the cardstock.

The image from Bells & Boughs stamp set is stamped with Versamark and Gold Galaxy glitter applies with Heat & Stick powder.

The sentiment is computer generated punched out with the 1-3/4" x 7/8" Oval Large punch and mounted with the Scallop Oval punch.

Supplies:

Stamps: Bells and Boughs

Ink: Versamark

Cardstock: Real Red, Very Vanilla, Brushed Gold

Accessories:  Vintage Wallpaper embossing folder, Big Shot, Gold Galaxy Glitter, Heat & Stick Powder, Large Oval Punch, Scallop Oval Punch, Computer Generated Greeting, 2-3/8 Scallop Punch, 2-1/2 Circle Punch.

Hope you enjoyed todays project.  Please leave me a comment if you do.  I would love to hear from you.  Thanks for looking.
